Helpdesk for foreign students

The Helpdesk assists students of the Master in Business Sciences and of the Master in European Economic Studies, who got their university entrance qualification in a foreign country or who are no german citizens.

What is it good for?

The academic culture across countries is different and so are the universities. Starting a university degree in a new country consequently may cause different new problems. Our helpdesk is their to assist you with all those problems. It is our aim to set you up as fast as possible so, that you can concentrate on your studies. We will support you in the following areas:

Time table:

  • Using the online platforms
  • Registration for classes and exams

Day to day topics:

  • Application for internships etc.
  • Communication with the Chairs and the administration of the University

We provide information

  • Important parts of the University homepage
  • Current deadlines
  • Services of the library and the sports center

We run our own VC-course that contains a current overview of all those topics. Make an appointment with our helpdesk team to get the password for the course.
