Micaela Großmann, M.A.
Micaela Grossmann is research associate at the Chair of Political Sociology. Holding a Bachelor from the University of Bamberg, she received a Double Master’s Degree in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Essex (UK) and the University of Bamberg. In her master dissertation she analysed the role of tertiary education on the sustainability of peace in post-conflict societies. In 2016, she worked for three months as an intern for the Konrad Adenauer foundation in Lima (Peru). Currently, she teaches courses about ethnic discrimination and political inequality. She is interested in the sustainability of peace, the role of gender in peace processes, protest movements, good governance and political participation of immigrants.
