1. Payment of conference fees

Fees include registration, conference packs, coffee breaks, lunches and the conference dinner on Friday. Your registration can only be processed if payment is received within two weeks after your registration.

Cancellation policy

In the case of cancellation of participation after registration, a refund of 80% of the registration fee can be made if the cancellation is received before 15 January 2023. A refund of 50% of the registration fee is possible if the cancellation is received before 15 February 2023. After 15 February 2023, no refunds will be possible.

2. Photographs

By registering for this conference you agree to have photos taken at the event to be possibly published on our conference website or through the press office of the University of Bamberg. Upon request, we will immediately remove individual photos.

3. Changes and data protection

Changes in the programme schedule
The organizers reserve a right to modify the list of speakers and/or the programme schedule for reasons beyond their control.

Data protection
Your personal data will only be used for purposes of this conference. Without your knowledge and consent, personal data shall not be transferred to any other data administrators. All personal data will be handled according to the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU.
