Michael Herrmann and Ulrich Sieberer reconstruct the political space of the Frankfurt Assembly of 1848/49

Ulrich Sieberer and Michael Herrmann (University of Konstanz) just published an article that uses statistical scaling techniques to estimate the political space in the first democratically elected pan-German parliament, the Frankfurt Assembly of 1848/49. The article is available here.
