PUSh - Award of the University Women's Representatives for the Outstanding Achievement of Female Students

More than 60 percent of the students of the University of Bamberg are women. At higher qualification levels—from doctorate to Habilitation to professorship—the proportion of women steadily decreases. With PUSh, the Award of the University Women's Representatives for the Outstanding Achievement of Female Students (Preis der Universitätsfrauenbeauftragten für Studentinnen mit hervorragenden Leistungen), the University Women's Representatives aim to highlight the high potential of women as researchers. The award, which was first presented in 2007, is intended to specifically support female early-career researchers and encourage them to continue their academic careers.

Please Note: Applications and theses are accepted in both English and German.
