The MA program in a nutshell
The Master programme General Linguistics is especially tailored for graduates with a focus on linguistics in their first degrees. The core part of the program is taught in English. Linguistics in Bamberg is primarily empirically oriented. Students are encouraged to work on actual language data, from a wide variety of different languages, in particular lesser-known languages and varieties.
