  • 1990 - 1992: Apprenticeship as a bank clerk at Vereinigte Sparkassen Weilheim
  • 1992 - 1997: Studies in business administration at the University of Augsburg. Graduation with Diplom in Business Administration
  • Internships at various banks, including BayernLB, New York (USA) and Banka Enegetiky, Radom (Poland)
  • Since 1997: Financial services staff member, specialising in banks, at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG (and predecessors: PwC Deutsche Revision AG, Coopers&Lybrand Deutsche Revision AG) in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Munich
  • 2002: Became a certified tax consultant
  • 2004: Became a certified public accountant
  • 2007: Promotion to partner
