「Code of Conduct」

The Bamberg Graduate School of Social Sciences is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, peaceful and open work environment for all its members, regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, race and colour of skin, religious beliefs, age, social origin or ability.

As stated in its mission statement, the University of Bamberg considers diversity as its strength; so does our Graduate School. Our diverse, inclusive, international background is an important part of the very identity of the Bamberg Graduate School of Social Sciences and a key to its success. Our Graduate School is a patchwork of people of various origins, identities, cultural and religious backgrounds, scientific fields and research interests. It is built on the foundations of diversity, cooperation and respect at all levels, a character that we are determined to preserve and enhance in the future.

All members and staff of the Bamberg Graduate School of Social Sciences are committed to treating each other with respect, compassion and understanding at all times, as designated by the Rules and Procedures of the University of Bamberg.
