Study Programme

The Double Degree Programme can be started either in Bamberg or in Trento. Formally, students study both the M.A. Sociology (Bamberg) and the M.Sc. Sociology and Social Research (Trento). Students starting in Bamberg are required to select the core area "Empirical Social Research".

The complete Double Degree Programme can be studied like a normal 2-year programme, because both universities have agreed on a list of courses that are mutually recognized. During the first term students will be assisted in designing their individual study plans. An example of such a study plan is provided below.
