Habilitationsprojekt: "Revisions of the American Eve: Gender, Community, and the Technoscientific Imagination" (AT)

Dieses Projekt untersucht die "American Eve" als ein literarisches Motif, durch das seit Mitte des 19. Jahrhundert bis in die Gegenwart das Idealverhältnis von Individum und Gesellschaft im Kontext von Technologisierung und wissenschaftlichem Fortschritt verhandelt wird.
