Getting There

To "An der Weberei 5" (ERBA)

Building "WE5" is located near Gaustadter Hauptstraße. In Google Maps this address is not yet entered, give as location "An der Spinnerei" instead. You can also refer to the map of the University of Bamberg.

From the train station you can either take a bus to ZOB ("Zentraler Omnibus-Bahnhof") or walk about 10 minutes. At ZOB take bus number 906. For lines and schedules check: Public transport in Bamberg.

After a 10 minute drive exit at bus stop "An der Spinnerei". Walk in the direction of the bus route and turn right at the small ERBA bridge. There is an old red-brick building. Go left thorough the passage. The black and white building is "An der Weberei 5". Pass the bicycle racks and enter the door at the left-hand side.

In the building

Entering the main door, there is an elevator. Go up to floor number 5. Make a 180 degree turn an pass through the glass door. The next passage to the left will bring you to the rooms of the Cognitive Systems Group.

By Car

From Nuernberg coming, drive highway A73 and use exit "Memmelsdorf". From Schweinfurt coming, drive highway A70 and use exit "Bamberg-Zentrum". For how to reach the university location "An der Weberei 5" please refer to this map, or  www.stadplan.net.

By Train

By Plane

The nearest international airport is Nürnberg Airport. Using the subway U12 you get in about 12 minutes to Nürnberg main station where you catch a connection to Bamberg. However, arriving from abroad, connection from Frankfurt/Main Airport or München Airport are often better.
