University Governance
University Board of Management
The university board of management is comprised of the university president, the university vice-presidents for research, teaching and learning, and for diversity and international affairs, and also the university registrar.
Additionally, the university’s faculty deans, in their function as academic directors, are integral contributors to the management of the university.
Extended Board of Management
Aside from the elected members of the board of management, the extended board of management also includes the faculty deans and the university women’s representative. The deans, as representatives of their entire faculties, are responsible for introducing their faculties' legitimate interests and concerns to the operative level of university management, both regularly and in a goal-oriented manner.
