Vom 19. bis 23. Januar 2011 fand die zweite Londonexkursion des Lehrstuhls statt. Zusammen mit ihren Dozenten aus den Kursen "Recent British and Irish Drama", "William Hogarth and the Eighteenth-Century Englisch Novel", "Oscar Wilde", "Robin Hood" und "British One Act Plays" machten sich 25 Studierende auf den Weg in die britische Metropole.
Neben dem Besuch von vier Theateraufführungen (Hamlet [National Theatre], The Rivals [Haymarket Theatre], Small Hours [Hampstead Theatre], Black Watch [National Theatre of Scotland at the Barbican Centre]) standen Streifzüge durch das London des 18. Jahrhunderts auf dem Programm (Old Spitalfields Market, Foundling Hospital, Sir John Soane's House). Die Teilnehmer des "Robin Hood"-Seminars machten einen field trip nach Cambridge, um dort Manuskripte zu sichten.
