Marcel Raab

Marcel Raab, born 1983 in Selb (Germany), studied Sociology with majors in methods, statistics and population studies at the universities of Bamberg and Bergen (Norway) from 2003 to 2008. Since autumn 2008 he is working as a researcher in the National Educational Panel Study (NEPS) and as a teaching assistant at the Chair of Population Studies at the University of Bamberg. Within the NEPS he is a member of the method group, focusing on documentation and coding of the research data. His research interests include life course research, family sociology, ageing, and intergenerational relations.
