André Schäfferling is doctoral student at the Department of Information Systems and Services at the University of Bamberg. He graduated in Information Systems at the University of Bamberg and studied abroad at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Mexico.
