Alexander von Stetten is a Graduate Research Assistant at the Department for Information Systems and Services at the University of Bamberg (Germany). First of all, he graduated in Information Systems (Diploma) at the University of Applied Sciences Hof and afterwards in Information Systems (M.Sc.) at the University of Bamberg. Since the beginning of 2008 he is a Graduate Research Assistant. He is author of reviewed articles (Business & Information Systems Engineering, WIRTSCHAFTSINFORMATIK, Management Research Review) and conference papers (AMCIS, ECIS, HICSS, WI). His current research activities cover Cross-Cultural Research on IS (CCRIS), Individual IT Culture (IITC), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Nearshoring, Offshoring and Relationship-Management.
